Returns Policy

You may return most items in a new and unused conditions and where possible in the original packaging within 14 days of the receipt of the item. Your money will be refunded or the product exchanged (subject to availability) once we have received the original item. In some cases where an exchange item is not available your money will be refunded. All items must be returned to us (in their original condition) within 14 days of you receiving the product and once we have received the product the money will be refunded to you within 3 working days. Postage charges will not be refunded to you unless the goods sent to you were faulty or a wrong item was sent. Please keep the receipt of post office as a proof of postage or where possible send the item back to us via track and trace service as if we don't receive the item we can't refund for it.

Faulty goods / wrong items delivered :

If any item you received is faulty or a wrong item is delivered, please contact us by email (within 7 days of receipt) so that we can arrange to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Change of mind :

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one within 7 working days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us intact and in a saleable condition. If you are returning the goods for a refund, we will refund the full amount that you have paid for the goods including any delivery charges, but we will not refund the cost of delivering the items to us. Please note that none of the above affects your statutory rights.
